ArtTraveler shares images of Mallorca

Mallorca's another world. Spanish, yes. But always distinct: very different dialect, food specialities, architecture.

You can find evidence of Roman civilization, feudal monastic life stilll ongoing and a richly diverse island that gives Mallorca its special magic.

I have been fortunate to have traveled there twice, once on land, the other on a 11-metre sailboat with friends, cirumnavigating the island in a week.
