My life as an expat American artist living in Andalusia on the Costa del Sol, Spain, in Canillas de Albaida, a tiny mountain village and artists' colony, prods me to share vistas of life and art in south Spain as I search for the next Picasso or Goya, showcasing independent Spanish and international painters, illustrators and sculptors, galleries and exhibitions.

ArtTraveler videos teen performance artists in Palma, Majorca: "You wanna kiss?!"
Stranger things have happened.
Among them, the impromptu but well rehearsed guttural, testosteronal utterances of teenage performance artists Duncan Schepel (in red) and Oliver Bress (in black) as they prepared departing from the Palma, Majorca airport in July, 2009 for home in Competa, Andalusia. Duncan started playing drums at age 13. He was the drummer for Loaded Dice and now for Minority. Think Green Day.
Rock on and practice peace. Check other ArtTraveler videos at: http://bit.ly/h1vruw
