ArtTraveler´s mini photo gallery: "La fantasma de las ropas" in Mexico

Images should require little or no narrative. Consider this an exception.

A week ago, I concluded I had a subconscious calling to photograph clothes drying on lines--a focal fixation--experienced in November 2008 in Mexico.

It happened, this “La fantasma de las ropas,” this ghost of the clothes, when I lived in Puerto Vallarta for three weeks with my friends Jaime Adan, Camila Herrera and their son, Nilo.

We drove into the interior and stayed a long weekend in an isolated mountain village, walked its trails and discovered its people.

Again, somehow there I was recording more clothesline palettes.
